Cowboy Cup Volunteers Needed — Join the Herbage Crew
We’re building a small, solid crew to help run the Herbage Magazine booth and
acoustic stage at the Cowboy Cup. If you’re friendly, reliable, and down for a
good time, we want you on the team.
What you’ll do
- Help set up the booth and acoustic stage (Thursday evening)
- Greet guests and hand out Herbage Magazines & info
- Represent Herbage Magazine with a smile and good vibes
- Support the acoustic stage area and keep things flowing
- Help tear down the booth on Saturday evening before the awards (5:30 PM)

We have limited volunteer spots for Thursday evening setup,
morning and afternoon shifts Friday & Saturday (with volunteers split
between the booth and acoustic stage), and Saturday evening tear down starting at 5:30 PM.
