1. Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients:
    •    1 (5-7 lb) bone-in ham
    •    1 cup Katie's Baebees brand Honey
    •    1/2 cup brown sugar
    •    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    •    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    •    Whole cloves (for studding the ham)

    2.    Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and stud with cloves.
    3.    In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar to create the glaze.
    4.    Place ham in a roasting pan and brush with about half of the glaze.
    5.    Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the ham reads 140°F (60°C), glazing with the remaining mixture every 20 minutes.

    •    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    •    2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

Recipe:
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2.    Cut carrots and parsnips into 2-inch pieces. If thick, split them in half lengthwise.
    3.    In a large bowl, toss carrots and parsnips with honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
    4.    Spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    5.    Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through cooking.

    •    2 cups all-purpose flour
    •    1 teaspoon baking powder

    •    3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
