– 1 cup of raw honey
– ½ cup filtered water or coconut water
– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 2-3 lemons, sliced
– 1 ginger root, sliced
– 2 cinnamon sticks or 2 tsp
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp oregano
– ¼ tsp cayenne
*After making it, let all of the ingredients sit in the fridge overnight. After that, you can strain it and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks or strain and freeze into cubes for 3-4 months.*
*You can take 1 tbsp at a time and repeat every couple of hours.*
*Avoid putting it in hot water because honey and vitamin C can be sensitive to heat.*
