Creamy Tomato Basil Soup with a Special Infusion

Posted on February 16, 2025February 16, 2025 by James Bridges

Warm up your winter evenings with this comforting tomato basil soup, enhanced with the pure, full-spectrum benefits of Solventless Nano Hash Oil.  Solventless extraction processes preserve the plant’s natural profile for a balanced and effective experience.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (28 ounces each) whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for a creamier texture)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Solventless Hash Oil (adjust based on desired dosage)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

  2. Add Tomatoes and Broth: Pour in the canned tomatoes with their juices and vegetable broth. Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  3. Blend the Soup: Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth directly in the pot. Alternatively, carefully transfer the soup in batches to a blender, blending until smooth and returning it to the pot.

  4. Incorporate Basil and Cream: Stir in the chopped fresh basil. For a creamier consistency, add the heavy cream and heat the soup gently over low heat, ensuring it doesn’t boil.

  5. Infuse with Nano Hash Oil: Remove the soup from heat. Add Solventless Nano Hash Oil, stirring thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

  6. Serve: Ladle the warm soup into bowls, garnishing with additional fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately with crusty bread or a side salad.

Adjust the amount of hash oil based on your personal tolerance and desired effects.

Cheers!
